The decoration looks printed and then touched up by hand to give the appearance of age, the bottom also has chatter marks and rings not found on early Qing, I would say mid 20th century.

Could be a more recent fake, in my view. A fake it is, because the bottom shows clearly that it is not just a later product incorporating early designs, but age faking was involved.
As always, look at the details, the individual features, the painting style, and analyze it, instead of getting deceived by the overall motif.

Even in the decoration there are too many details not fitting together in a single era or period of China, quite apart from the printing.  :-)


A note to Stan:
It would be worth learning about wave shapes. They are to some degree period dependent and thus can be of help with an evaluation, at least if this type is involved.
