Can't tell if recent or has some age. The bottom is bumpy due to glaze pooling. Anyone recognizes the mark?

I was thinking the same thing, " Printed" but the waves in the band around the outer edge of the inside of the bowl would make this 20th century and the missing of the stilt marks on the bottom would put this on the later side I think.
