Title: Satsuma "Mallet" Vase Unmarked

I have another for you Stan. This is a satsuma "mallet" shaped vase that is unmarked except for some writing on the foot rim. It is about 13 inches tall. My sense is that it is from about 1900. What do you think?

I would date this 1st half of the 20th century maybe from the 30's or 40's.
