The plate with the Artemisia Leaf and circle looks like it could be Kangxi period and the other Kangxi or a little earlier Shunzhi.

Rather Kangxi, I believe. Because this looks like export porcelain and Qing China did not reopen for shipping until 1684. That was why the VOC went to Japan to get porcelain.
