Hi Karroniera, your photo's are very poor quality, you should take the photo's under natural light, next to a window that allows natural sun light, and the photo's should be clear, not fuzzy and close ups of the decoration, also one of the back, thanks.

Im not 100% sure but it looks like it could be Japanese, Peter can confirm this by the characters.

Not sure if it is Japanese. The right part of the signature contains at least two numbers. This could be a Japanese male name, but the seal does not look Japanese.
The crane is a popular subject both in Japan and China.

Please upload a closeup (can be partial) of the back also. Minute details should be visible.
