A detail view of the plate rim might help with deciding possible age.
Maybe someone with experience regarding early 20th century export might know this? Is this 1920s?

This looks good to me for early 20th century, but their is a couple things to consider in my opinion, the rock formation and the horses hoofs with hair just above the hoofs are not traditional and could put it at a later date, more like 2nd half, another thing to consider is I have never seen a rose medallion pattern and the warrior decoration combined before.
