I posted a bowl, listed as Chinese antique blue and white bowl, it has a mark very similar to yours, Peter said that my bowl was from the Jiaqing/Daoguang period and the mark seems to be a makers mark.

Better upload full item pictures. You cannot identify item age from a mark alone, there are too many apocryphal marks.

I am sorry for the poor quality of the pictures...here are 8 plates with their marks. They seem to be quite old to me, but I would very much appreciate your opinion!

Nice plates, the bottom appear to be 18th century, I believe this would be called a famile verte, Im not so sure of the spelling though.

Qing dynasty, Jiaqing reign should be no problem.
