Title: Need help identifying celedon stem cup

I would appreciate any help identifying this stem cup. Age? Etc.... I cannot make out the mark. Thank you.

In my opinion this is new, and/or not Chinese. There is no such foot shape and interior decoration in traditional Chinese celadon. And antique celadon does not look this way. An image of the base may give some additional hints.

Hi again. Yes, the base shows it is new.
In addition, are the lines of the flowers and circles painted? With traditional Chinese celadon the lines are carved or impressed, not painted.
