Japanese or Chinese or other.
Recent or older?
Thanks
Hi Kardinalisimo, I noticed you put Japanese first, that would be my first opinion as well, it looks like it is small judging by the wood work, I've have never seen that pattern on Japanese or Chinese, looks like snowflakes, and the footing is a bit unusual as well.
The bottom is not shaped in a clear cut manner, thus the clay might have been injected in a mold. Anyway, I also think nothing traditional Chinese or Japanese.
