Title: Small ceramic yellow duck
Post by: Lewis on Feb 18, 2016, 22:42:00
I picked up the small figurine at an estate sale for $0.25. Researching I see others like it on the web but all are stamped or marked with China in English. The stamp on this one looks Chinese. Unfortunately it looks like only half of the stamp actually made it onto the piece. Any information or keywords for researching would be appreciated! I increase the contrast on the last picture to make it easier to see. It is only an inch or two high.

Look at the post immediately before yours. It could to be the same mark. However, Mao Jisheng seems to have mainly done human figurines. If you can find out that they also did some others, you probably have it.
