Hello I found this really neat cup vase but I'm not really sure what it is or what it is used for. Is it only for decoration?

Also the mark I think is Tangzhi or guangxu but found a similar one that says that is probably early 20th century. Or Is it one of those recent reproductions?

I would say Guangxu period.

I agree with Stan.
For me it is Tongzhi to Guangxu. Has a Tongzhi mark but could be a bit later. There is really no way to be completely sure which.
