Title: Water vessel.

I found this piece and am thinking it could be Chinese.  It is not signed.  It appears to be very old.  Do you think this pot is Chinese?  Thanks.

With modern decorations it is difficult to tell what it is. Studio ware? If Chinese the shape could be a brush washer, but the base makes it unlikely.
