Not sure about age. Perhaps Ming? Not sure about what this is for either. Is the hole in the top going down into the fish? If water is poured in, does it come out from the mouths? Looks as if the hole is not straight downward, right?

Hi again Mr. Peter about the holes in the fish, it is pour on top and come out to the mouth.
