Title: Need help identifying
Post by: lbryson on Jan 08, 2014, 05:19:59
I picked this up at a garage sale from a 60yr old man that told me of his grandfather passing the seeds to him to help him with his studies some 40 years ago. And that the grandfather used them for the same years ago.

Cannot help much with this as this is Yixing ware, not porcelain.
This is not porcelain: http://www.chinese-antique-porcelain.com/yixing-pottery.html

The mark says "China Yixing". All items seem to be made of different Yixing clays and depict local produce. Cannot see what the item in the right, lower corner is.
