The tiled floor looks modern, like the kitchen of the 20th century.

I'm pretty sure the tile floor is standard for this decoration. I've seen it on 19th century pieces.

The faces/eyes and hairdoes of the ladies, and the many intricate details of people and horses, decoration, etc. show that this is 20th century. Not sure if it is second half, but painted with intricate detail (more than with antique items, usually).

Thank you. i know you can't discuss value $ wise, but is there any value to this plate at all? Or is it worthless? Is there a market for this stuff? Thanks

As this is a very finely, handpainted decoration, it sure has some decorative value, especially considering the handpainting. But age is still insufficient to have antique value.
