Title: yixing teapot mark
Post by: Simonne on Mar 04, 2014, 12:50:50
Dear Peter,

I'm very aware by your opinions regarding the yixing teapots, I read almost previous topics, but I found this wonderful little piece and I am very curious to know something about the writings. I can imagine that such a teapot requires a lot of work, a real passion, couldn't be an ordinary thing.
Could you help me, please?
Thank you,
Simonne

Here are more photos, there are only five characters on the lid and different writings on the two faces.

One more thing, Peter, thank you for your reply concerning the japanese teapot, it is very difficult to identify the yixing pieces and I didn't find any book  related to this subject.
Have a nice day,
Simonne
