I am not able to check the back. Looks more on the recent side to me  but wanted to double check.

Im thinking 2nd half of the 20th century, I think the faces would be from the 60's that is when they started making the faces look more realistic.

I'm afraid this is more in the 21st century than the 20th.

I was told to be careful buying these, on a lot of them they are taking old plaques and removing what is on them with a diamond sanding pad and then repainting them and selling them as old, because the backs look old, they are usually copying one of the eight friends.
