Title: Help for mark
Post by: Valevale on May 27, 2015, 06:42:50
Good evening everyone, and congratulations for this beautiful page. For some years I have been interested in European porcelain and slowly I would like to expand my culture to other porcelain around the world. My curiosity starts from this bowl,  I own this one since many years, (it was a wedding present) I have always considered this as an important object, porcelain is very thin almost transparent, but I'm not sure. Can someone help me understand what I own ?
Thanks in advance
Saluti dall'Italia :)
Vale

Welcome to the forum.
Your bowl shows features used in the second half of the 20th century. In addition, there is a spurious Qianlong mark. This is probably the most common mark encountered on later 20th century porcelain.
