Title: Bird Plates with Gold Detail - Numbered - Need Help Identifying
Post by: HappyEna on May 04, 2015, 17:38:07
Hi.  I have 3 plates that are beautiful and I don't know anything about chinese porcelain.  Could you help me identify when they were made and by whom?  The plates are all numbered as well.  900's and 300's.

Also, I really enjoyed reading about the crackling from your other post.

Thanks so much for your help.

An image search using the mark name "Hua Rong Tang" porcelain should be a good basis for more research. It seems to be a shop mark from Canton in the early 20th century. This is export porcelain.
