Not sure if Chinese at all. Irregular in shape.

An item with this glaze would have to be made at Jingdezhen, I think. But Jingdezhen would have a white clay and few of the dark spots, either in the clay of the bottom or glaze. There are too many and the crackling also seems artificial. Try comparing density of clay and weight with a known item made at JDZ. Does it fell comparatively heavy?
It weights about 330 grams and measures 14 cm in diameter. Can't tell if the crackles are fake but it does have quite of few rust spots.
