Title: Vase identification

Hi,

This vase is 5.11'' (13 cm.) high, and is enamel decorated.
I think the vase looks older than it is, but I don't have any clue about the mark.
Any help is highly appreciated.

The glaze looks like a tin glaze to me, maybe European?

I was thinking about Macau.
