Title: Help in identifying markings on a small tureen

Hi

I have recently bought a small blue and white tureen and have no idea how in interpret the markings, can anyone help please?

It is an apocryphal Qianlong mark. (20th century at the earliest)

That is what I thought Qianlong mark but it was not written any of the several ways that my book shows it should be written.
