Title: Chinese style Blue and White plate with Chinese children

Hi.

Please provide me with you opinion about this plate.
It has the same pictures repeated -a bunch of what appears to be children enjoying each others company or off to some mischief maybe. Most likely not hand painted because of the repeating but I'm still curious.

Japanese style plate with Chinese motif, possibly printed, and a mark that looks as if it is made with a printing (printer) font.
