I would say that these are Chinese republic or later.

I can't really tell, if it is Chinese or Japanese, the women looks Japanese but the hair style looks like it could be Chinese and the bottom, but the mark is unknown to me.

I think that the hairstyle clothing, and the flowers in the background are typically Japanese. You will find the hair style probably in 19th century to mid-20th century pictures. The clothing is standard Japanese kimono for ladies, as still worn today. I do not  know whether it could have been made in China or not, and I do not know about its age though.
The mark is confusing, however. Not sure if the single character ? is actually also showing a "B" below. A mark on an unglazed bottom is a bit strange, if it is stamped or written as opposite to impressed or carved.

I agree with Peter, Japanese, you are right, the hair style clothing and the decoration point to Japanese.

Drew attention to the fact that the drawings are applied by hand. Both pictures are slightly different at left and right caddy.
