On the assumption that these pictures were taken in unsuitable lighting conditions, meaning the blue color is not the natural color:
Late Qing dynasty, probably Guangxu reign.
PS: The lighting is best when pictures are taken inside, near a window, during daytime, when and where direct sunlight can be eliminated.
