Title: Identifying Porcelain Jar (Now a Lamp)
Post by: Carol L. on Feb 01, 2015, 06:02:53
Hello.  I am interested in finding out anything you can tell me about this former vase--now a lamp--age, origin, etc.  I haven't taken it apart to look for a mark on the bottom or to see the bottom rim, but can do so if necessary.  Thank you very much.

Looks fairly recent, made in traditional style but with new materials/enamels.

Thank you.  I'm glad it's not a valuable or rare antique since someone has drilled two holes in it for a lamp!  But as lamps go, it's nice to look at.
