Title: Chinese Planter identification and dating help needed

Please help me with this planter. It is 6.5" x8.5" by 3" high. Heavy. The color is greenish. Celadon?? The marking on the bottom is very light. I'm posting several pictures.

Hi I believe it is the mark  jiangxi ciye gongsi.
I am mostly wrong ;some one will tell you for sure.

This appears to be in Qianjiang style. Probably about 1900 ~ 1930.
