This is not necessarily Dehua or antique.
First, the mark is odd. It is written from left to right, top down. Chinese antique marks are written top down, right to left, in this case.
Not sure about the first character, but the second seems to be ??the character for rope.
Further, the character style is of a type that might more likely be found on 20th century ceramics.
There are chrysanthemums on the ruyi decorations, which might point to Japan. Not sure though.
