Ive never seen Majolica use a red clay or Japanese.

You probably think it could be Chinese because of the two dragon-like ears/handles?
That is about the only one that looks somewhat Chinese. Otherwise it would be quite impossible, unless it is a Chinese copy of European porcelain. They are faking almost anything, if they can sell it. You would not want it to be Chinese, because "fake" or "imitation" would be the only descriptions that would fit, if they were.
