Blue and White Bowl trying to interpret Chinese mark

I would like to interpret the character meaning of the marks on this bowl.  If it is a manufacturers mark I have failed to find anything similar.
Any information would be appreciated.

I think this bowl is Japanese and quite new. The decoration seems to be printed. The maker's mark I do mot know. Mat
