Chinese Vase

I would appreciate any information on a vase that I received after my dad had passed away.  It was given to him by my grandmother.  I have searched the internet looking for the symbol markings on the bottom however I did not find anything like this.

Judging by dragon and decoration not older than 1940s to 1950s.
The mark says Jiangxi, Sheng Gui Yang (or Sheng Gui Xiang), mark style also from that period.
