6 1/2" Turquoise Female Foo Dog

I found this little 6 1/2" turquoise female foo dog the other day. My online search turned up many images of these in all sizes and with different facial and body styles. It has the remains of a red ink stamp but really it's just a stain now. Is there anything you could tell me about this piece ? Thanks again. -Mike-

No, it is likely more recently made, and possibly mass produced. There are too many around for it to be an antique.

Thanks again Peter. So just a decorative piece as I figured. I'm still surprised that even these can bring a bit of money for a pair. They seem to be popular with the decorators. -Mike-
