It is thin and seems to be high quality porcelain and has a ghost of a circular stamped 7 charecter mark under the word China. I don't know if the ghost image will show in the photos.

I'll rephrase that. I never handled high quality Chinese porcelain,  so "better than average porcelain", sounds more accurate.

As far as I know this decoration is from about the 1940s or 50s, or even later. The dragon is also from that time.
