I think that this is a spurious Kangxi mark but not sure, if it is it would be Guangxu period.

A close up picture of the decoration, interior and item size may help.
Pictures should be taken in daylight, near a window (not in sunlight), to allow for natural colors.

I have these additional photos, and will take more, following your recommendations.

I don't know if size helps in anything. The vase is 26 cm high, 7.8 cm base diameter & 11 cm top rim diameter.
