I know this pattern has been made during many reigns and probably made today but any suggestions on the age? Obviously not an Imperial Tongzhi mark, neither the quality is superb so maybe Guangxu or Republic?

I think it is Republic because the mark is not written correctly, could be even later.

The condition and especially the blue color makes it appear as if it was 20th century. If you can find an authentic item that is Qing dynasty with this blue color, there is a possibility that it can be earlier.
