Bamboo bowl

Hi Is this bowl made for the Islamic market?
I say this as the markings don't look like any thing Ive seen before or is just a poor copy?

Looks more Japanese to me, especially the red foot rim decoration. There is a Chinese auspicious mark which seems to be "Fugui Jiaqi".
All in all a 20th century item, on the later side I would think from its pristine condition and colors.
