A small rectangular plate with blue and brown designs. Maybe a sushi plate? I do apologize if it's not Chinese or even of Asian descent. I'm really not sure about this one. It looks like there is handpainted parts but also the green of the leaves have a suspicious pattern of faint parallel lines? I tried to get that detail in a pic, does that mean a mix of transfer print and hand painted?

-The three leaves slightly resemble a "Kirimon" or "Paulownia Flower Seal"?
-Where the glaze meets the unglazed part on the foot there is a red\brown color?

Your right the black lines on the leaves are printed, the rest looks hand painted and it dose look Japanese, and the leaves I think were used in this fashion on imperial Japanese porcelain, however yours is 20th century.
