Yes, but probably not from the Ming, Tianqi reign as the mark says. The mark is apocryphal.
Tall ladies and a balustrade in the background -- both of these did not appear in decorations before the Kangxi reign. Thus, it would have to be from some time in the Qing dynasty, but not necessarily Kangxi, could also be later.
