Plate with foot

Apologies for the re-post, but I made a bit of a mess with the previous attempt.

As mentioned, I have had this plate for some time and have always been a little interested in it. I had the luck previously of buying what turned out to be a nice lavender bowl in the past, so from time to time I buy something if first it appeals to me and second if the price is right.

Please find the attached photos. I would like to know more about the plate, the mark, and any other information anyone would like to offer.
