Is fake again?

Looks fake to me!
My considerations:
1. The bottom is odd. Apart from the Kangxi reign I do not know a double foot rim, but the point is that the double rim is used to reinforce a large bottom and prevent sagging. But this is not a large piece, and the rims themselves look very thick, much more so than those on Kangxi wares.
2. Not very knowledgeable about the mid-Ming wares, but the decoration does not appear to be Ming. The chrysanthemums are painted in the Yuan style.
3. A phoenix does usually have at least three tail feathers.

My advice would be not to buy if there are any doubts. And to avoid sellers who sell such wares.
