Inherited vase possibly chinese?

Hi - Please take a look at a vase we inherited.  Grandmother had boarding house in San Pedro Ca.  Took vase as payment back in the 1940's.  We think maybe WW II or korean war.  It was a Sailor that aquired it overseas.  Japan Korea??  It is 18 in tall and has 3 different dragons with strange feet.  Any info would be helpful.  Thanks

No dragon so far as I can see, only mystic animals. The style is that of the Guangxu reign, that is late 19th to early 20th century. The mouth could have some age or usage signs...
