The mark says when the item allegedly was made, mentioning a '3rd Yongsheng year', which it seems would fall into the Han dynasty. It is just impossible, another fake probably. You can not tell authenticity or age by a mark with Chinese porcelain. Marks are only a decoration. Which means if you want to know what you have, you still have to check the item itself.
