I assume this is a Chinese dish by its shape. Looking at the foot, what period do you think this may be from? There is a fair amount of black specs and rust spots in the glaze. The foot is not rough, it feels smooth and slick. There is a good amount of wear but the pics don't show it. After I took these pics, I washed the foot and it cleaned up to a nice white color, like that of flour. The paste looks hard and dense, not sugary or sandy. There are many countless chips and scrapes to the top rim of the dish but a 10X loupe is needed to see them. Also six tight hairlines running down from the rim. A black light shows subtle natural yellowed crackles throughout. I feel this is an old piece but could be wrong.

You need to post pictures, and not just of the bottom but of the item itself.
