antique chinese plate or european plate?

Can someone know something about this strange chinese plate?
It looks chinese but it could be european.
It has a mark at the back.

This is not Chinese, it could be european but not for sure, but not Chinese.

European Chinoiserie, perhaps. The mark is also nothing Chinese.

Hi looks to be tin glazed rather than porcelain.
Definitely European.
