Who can tell me more about this bowl. Looks like that red waves are all the same?

Right, they are definitely printed/transfer printed. And the dragon's head looks more like a shrimp than the fierce mythical animal. This item is from the 40s or more likely even later. I'm afraid it has little collecting value.
