Please can you identify this hand painted tea set?

Please can you help me understand the provenance of this set? I believe it is made of bone china.  The cups in particular are wafer thin and highly translucent. Each item is slightly different, due to being hand painted. The cups are very tiny. I have a lot more images..

I am really interested in age, value, history, maker (if known).

Please provide larger pictures, especially of the bottom and the plate decoration. The mark is too small to read.
