tongzhi era plate?

Hello, I would like to ask if this could be a Tongzhi era plate or if it is a modern replica? It is around 20 cm wide.

In my view the color combination used would be more common on certain Japanese wares, but this is not very old. The mark is spurious. From these pictures it looks as if the red outlines/contours may have been printed, and they were then filled manually. The coloration of the three orange flowers looks as if they might have been spray painted.
