Based on the decoration under the rim I would think Kangxi or Yongzheng, but it is probably not Imari.
As far as I know the earliest Chinese Imari items were blue/gilt only, later blue/red/gilt. Here the gilt is missing and there are other colors too. Which would lead to the conclusion that it has to be either fencai or wucai, or underglaze blue plus (on-glaze) colors.
