i need help with this chinese ceramic panel.
his age and the translation of the signature.

Without a view of the back and some close-up pictures of the decoration and glaze it is difficult to tell more. The cyclical year is either 1924 or 1984. Judging by the condition of the black writing, the colors and face this is more likely from the latter date. My personal view.
