Tongzhi? vase/lamp help needed

I would like to preface this with I know NOTHING about Chinese porcelain except what I have researched on google recently. I have attached pictures of a lamp I bought at an estate sale, along with many other Chinese vases. The lamp parts look modern but I had a hunch so I took the lamp apart and found the mark on the bottom. If I am not mistaken it says Made during the Tongzhi Years Of The Great Qing. The bottom of the lamp has a wooden base that covered the mark. Please excuse my possible complete naivety, but could this actually be that old or is this some type of reproduction?  The pictures are too large so I hope its ok to post the imgur link:

This is a modern product. The mark is only for decoration. Both shape, colors and decoration are not of the traditional type found in antiques. In fact, the flower decoration looks more Japanese, but with this mark it is most likely a contemporary product.
